In the year 1994 started from a small shop of his father which was used as Electric Bill Collection center of GEB; he started his first private business venture in the same small shop and now it became POOJARA TELECOM PVT. LTD.

Rahil finished his schooling from Pune and then headed to Coventry University, United Kingdom for a degree in mechanical engineering. He has earned several laurels of international cadre from Harvard University in International Business and Marketing.
Rahil Poojara is a self-made entrepreneur. He is the managing director of the biggest retail giant of Gujarat, Poojara Telecom Pvt Ltd. He is also the founder and chief executive officer at Hari Om Communication LLP. He built up an empire in a short span and played a pivotal role towards the success of these organizations. Ahmad Zia is the source of power behind the business development and strategic alliances of HOM. Mr Zia, was working as the Vice President , sales and marketing, OPPO until May'17 and was spearheading an operation worth 1200 crore in Gujarat. He has more than two decades of adroit experience of working with an array of telecom start-ups for Escotel (1998), Hutch (2003), Reliance (2005), Idea (2009), Lava and Xolo handsets (2010) and houses an in-depth understanding of the trade nuances. He has been instrumental in the fortification process of Lava (in UP and Bihar), Gionee( Gujarat) and OPPO (Gujarat). His experience in rolling out business models and team development for operations in the handset industry is prodigious.
